This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation and refund of services purchased from
SparkBit Technologies, including Website Design & Development, Web Applications, Mobile Applications,
Digital Marketing, and Graphic Designing services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Cancellations
- Service cancellations must be requested in writing within 2 days of payment/engagement confirmation.
- Once a project has commenced, including initiation, resource allocation, or delivery of any part of the work,
cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- For ongoing/retainer-based services (e.g., digital marketing), cancellation requests must be raised at least
15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
2. Project Deliverables & Revisions
- SparkBit Technologies ensures clarity by sharing project scope, deliverables, and timelines before initiation.
- Any dissatisfaction must be reported during the revision cycle as outlined in your service agreement.
- Complaints raised after final delivery/approval of the project will not be eligible for refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Customized services such as Website/Mobile App Development, Web Applications, and Graphic Designing are
non-refundable once the design, coding, or creative work has commenced.
- Digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.) are time and effort-based and are therefore
non-refundable once the campaign has started.
4. Refunds
- Refunds may only be considered if SparkBit Technologies is unable to initiate or deliver the service as per
the agreed scope, solely at the company’s discretion.
- If approved, refunds will be credit within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or third-party services.
5. Force Majeure
SparkBit Technologies will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or inability to deliver services
due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, technical failures).
